SALES AND ROYALTY

PROCESS OF SALE OF GOODS WITH AUTHOR'S DESIGN

The sales and settlement process is as follows:
   - The buyer orders and pays Wall 31 the cost of goods with the printing of author's images.
   - Wall 31 confirms receipt of the order from the client and prints the author's design.
   - Wall 31 delivers the goods to the client.
   - The client confirms receipt of the goods without damage and claims.
   - Within 7 days, the client has the right to apply for a return or replacement of the product. After 7 days, the client has no right to return the purchased goods.
   - Within 15 days after the end of the month, Wall 31 transfers the royalty to the author for the use of the image on the product for the previous month. Payment to authors is made to the payment details specified by the author during registration.

AMOUNT OF ROYTALIES

For the use of author's images, Wall 31 pays Authors a royalties in the amount of 10% GROSS of the sale price of the corresponding product.
