The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile, and the governing law shall be the applicable laws of the UAE. Any disputes arising in connection with the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
We accept Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED.
We do not trade with or provide services to OFAC-sanctioned countries.
Cardholders must retain a copy of transaction records and merchant policies and rules.

You further warrant that submission of such materials does not infringe upon the rights of any third party. All clip art images are the property of Tisart or are licensed from third-party providers, unless otherwise stated. Designs created using such materials are not the exclusive property of the user.
Accuracy of Colours
Tisart strives to display product colors and graphics as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will accurately reflect actual colors. Variations may occur, and we are not liable for discrepancies between on-screen images and the final product.
