RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are delighted with your order. If, however, you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return eligible items for a full refund or an exchange. Please review our policy below for more details.
Returns
1. Return Period
You may return your purchase within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in their original condition;
- Include all original packaging;
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or personalized products;
- Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase;
- Used, damaged, or altered items.
Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and photographs of the item if requested.
- Our team will issue a return authorization and provide detailed return instructions.
- Securely package the item and include the return authorization form.
- Send the item to the address specified in the return instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (for example, an incorrect or defective item), Tisart will cover 100% of the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid shipping label.
- For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- Additional processing time may be required by your bank or credit card provider.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact our Customer Support team.
Exchanges are:
- Subject to product availability;
- Processed after the original item has been returned and inspected.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately and include clear photographs of the issue. We will arrange either a replacement or a full refund in accordance with this policy.
